Wine, Laughs & Late Nights: A Grown-up Slumber Party

Our visit to Cavallo Point in Sausalito was the perfect blend of a work retreat and a girls getaway—exactly what the three of us needed. From the moment we arrived, the calm beauty of the property set the tone. We kicked things off with a short walk through the grounds, taking in the peaceful surroundings before wandering over to the point, where we were greeted by a breathtaking view of San Francisco and the Golden Gate Bridge. Later, we settled into rocking chairs on the porch, wine in hand, enjoying long-overdue conversation and the warmth of each other’s company. It was a simple moment, but one that felt deeply grounding.

That evening, we freshened up for a delicious dinner at Sula, where each dish felt like a little celebration. Back in our room, we swapped our dresses for pajamas and continued the night with more wine and laughter—a true heart refill. The next morning was all about relaxation. We treated ourselves to spa time, starting with massages that melted away every bit of stress. Lunch in the garden was light and lovely, and facials left us glowing both inside and out. As we wrapped up our getaway, I felt rested, rejuvenated, and fulfilled—grateful for the time, the setting, and, most of all, the company.
